Chocolate Chai is a mesmerizing harmony of antioxidant-rich black tea, exotic spices, vanilla bean and a touch of chocolate. Comforting and mellow, this luscious blend has an inviting fragrance and a deep, rich, velvety flavor. With just a few calories per cup, Chocolate Chai is an excellent alternative to dessert. Wonderful with a touch of milk and honey.
To make a café-style, Chocolate Chai Latte: Mix 2 tablespoons chai, 1 cup water, and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a light boil and immediately reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar or honey. Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy!

Our elegant, embossed tin is designed to keep tea fresh and full of flavor.
A tin of Chocolate Chai holds approximately 36 teaspoons (12 tablespoons) of loose tea. The number of servings-per-tin varies depending upon the type of tea, leaf size, cup size and desired strength (amount of tea used).
The tin itself measures 6.25 inches tall, 2.75 inches wide and 2 inches deep. Although one tin holds 16 fluid ounces by volume, the actual ounce weight of the tea within varies depending on the density of each specific tea.

This tea is good by itself, but it is FABULOUS with milk and honey. The milk softens the strong, black tea flavor and really brings out the chocolate taste. Milk also gives it a smooth, creamy texture while honey adds sweetness, further mimicking the taste of hot chocolate.
