Description
Reminiscent of hot-cinnamon candies or the sweet cinnamon-sugar-crumb topping on pastries, this sugar-free, calorie-free dessert-alternative is naturally sweetened to perfection with layers of spicy cinnamon, cracked clove & pink peppercorn berries. The dark-roasted green tea used in this blend is rich in antioxidants, while cinnamon’s unique healing abilities may reduce inflammation and enhance circulation. Cinnamon was traditionally used as medicine & was once more valuable than gold!

Quick Brewing Guide
Water Temperature: 195°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 heaping tablespoon per 16 oz
Steep Time: 3-4 minutes
Brewing Instructions
General Guide:
- Add tea leaves to a teapot, fill-your-own tea bag or infuser basket.
- Use 1 to 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) of leaves per cup (8 oz) of water. Adjust to taste.
- Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil, allow it to cool slightly, then pour water over tea leaves and cover.
- Infuse (steep) leaves 2-5 minutes; 3½ minutes is a good average that works well for most tea types. Do not oversteep or tea may become bitter. If you prefer strong tea, simply use more leaves.
- Remove bag or infuser from water or strain leaves. Enjoy!
Water Quality: Tea is only as good as the water used to prepare it. Avoid distilled or unfiltered tap water, which can limit tea’s flavor. Bottled spring water or filtered tap water is ideal.
Water Temperature: Most teas taste best when prepared with water around 195˚F (just below boiling); however, some teas require a lower temperature or they may become bitter.

I think this is because of the perfect blend of spices. I like to make a small pot of this tea, remove the tea leaves after 3 to 5 minutes, and pour my first cup. I place the pot on a coffee mug warmer, and my second cup is better than the first! I think it's because I get all the spices from the bottom of the pot with my second cup, and it's piping hot without being bitter. Love this tea and love everything about Octavia Tea! One of the very best!I buy Octavia Tea regularly . In fact, I don't bother buying anyone else's tea anymore because Octavia is the best. This Hot Cinnamon Spice is totally amazing. It's rich, and hits all the notes. It reminds me of autumn and Christmas. Brew for 3 minutes, add a teaspoon of honey, and it's heaven.

If you love Cinnamonyou will love this tea. It's some of the most delicious cinnamon tea I've ever had, powerful in taste & smells wonderful. One note of caution, a little goes a long way with this tea. I'd use a teaspoon sized first and then adjust to taste.
