Iced Tea: To make fresh iced tea, use twice as much tea to account for dilution by ice. Hot Brew: Pour filtered, 195 degree water over tea leaves and steep for suggested time (typically 4 minutes), turn the lid to stop steeping, allow tea to cool, and add ice. Cold Brew: Pour fresh, cold water over tea leaves and refrigerate 8 hours.
*NOTE: Cold brewing is our recommended way of preparing iced tea as it creates a lovely smooth flavor.
