Quick Brewing Guide
Water Temperature: 195°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 2 tablespoons per 16 oz
Steep Time: 3-4 minutes
Brewing Instructions
General Guide:
- Add tea leaves to a teapot, fill-your-own tea bag or infuser basket.
- Use 1 to 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) of leaves per cup (8 oz) of water. Adjust to taste.
- Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil, allow it to cool slightly, then pour water over tea leaves and cover.
- Infuse (steep) leaves between 2-5 minutes; 3½ minutes is a good average that works well for most tea types. Do not over steep or tea may become bitter. If you prefer strong tea, do not over steep; simply use more leaves.
- Remove bag or infuser from water or strain leaves. Enjoy!
Water Quality: Tea is only as good as the water used to prepare it. Avoid distilled or unfiltered tap water, which can limit tea’s flavor. Bottled spring water or filtered tap water is ideal.
Water Temperature: Most teas taste best when prepared with water around 195˚F (just below boiling) however, some teas require a lower temperature or they may become bitter.
Iced Tea: To make fresh iced tea, use twice as much tea to account for dilution by ice. Hot Brew: follow directions above, allow tea to cool, and add ice. Cold Brew: pour fresh, cold water over tea leaves, cover, and refrigerate 8 hours.

One of my favorites!I was never a tea drinker until I came across this brand and flavor. Now, I'm trying all different types, flavors, and blends. This flavor is so wonderful in the morning or anytime of day.

A great tea!This is a fantastic tea. Very easy to drink and I find that this company pays a lot of attention to quality. Someone told me about this particular tea after it was highly voted at the World Tea Expo show. I would recommend this for anyone that likes a great flavored tea.

Perfect Tea for a Wedding ReceptionWe had a smallish wedding reception at our house for 60 people
and just served this tea cold and everyone was raving about it.
It needs no sugar and is mild, yet extreme tasty.
I am not a tea lover - but this is great.
Non-tea lovers will like it -
not like the black teas on the market -
or the overly bold fruit teas.
we had guests from China, Japan and Thailand wanting to buy this tea. -

I have other brands of Octavia too and they are delicious. I resteep this twice. It's delicious - the perfect balance of peach and ginger. As a new fan of white tea, this is one of my favorites so far. There are not that many servings. I'm through half the container and may have made 6-8 cups. I like mine stronger. So .... use it as a delicious luxury! :)

Great BlendI am not a big flavored tea drinker, I usually drink green or white tea straight with alittle sweetner. I however have a change of heart when it comes to the Ginger Peach Organic white tea. It has a Great smell and wonderful flavor. I add a small dab organic honey for just the right sweetness.A perfect morning tea to start the day.

Unimaginably excellentI'm not a fruity tea drinker. I'm also not a ginger-loving person. That said, I managed to finish an entire tin of this tea in a mere three weeks.
