These youthful, fruity flavors blend perfectly with a base of exquisite white tea. White tea has a delicate, nectar-like flavor and contains potent antioxidants and stress-relieving properties.

Quick Brewing Guide
Water Temperature: 195°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 2 tablespoons per 16 oz
Steep Time: 3-4 minutes
Brewing Instructions
General Guide:
- Add tea leaves to a teapot, fill-your-own tea bag or infuser basket.
- Use 1 to 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) of leaves per cup (8 oz) of water. Adjust to taste.
- Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil, allow it to cool slightly, then pour water over tea leaves and cover.
- Infuse (steep) leaves 2-5 minutes; 3½ minutes is a good average that works well for most tea types. Do not oversteep or tea may become bitter. If you prefer strong tea, simply use more leaves.
- Remove bag or infuser from water or strain leaves. Enjoy!
Water Quality: Tea is only as good as the water used to prepare it. Avoid distilled or unfiltered tap water, which can limit tea’s flavor. Bottled spring water or filtered tap water is ideal.
Water Temperature: Most teas taste best when prepared with water around 195˚F (just below boiling); however, some teas require a lower temperature or they may become bitter.

I will continue to buy this tea!A lovely light fruity taste that is not overpowering! I add a little honey and it’s like a treat without the worry. It is a pleasant cup of tea for any time of the day. I also bought a couple 4oz bags to share with my sister and best friend. One of my favorites!

My favourite teaI absolutely LOVE this tea. The flavor is good but subtle enough that it doesn't drown out the natural tea flavor. Personally I can't really taste the pear but the melon aspect is great. I plan on picking up a pound of this soon.

RefreshingMelon-Pear is an incredibly refreshing, delicious white tea. The honeydew melon is predominant over the pear (in fact I really can't taste the pear, which is fine by me). It is sweet but in a light, crisp way. This is a summertime favorite of mine (or anytime I am longing for summer). It's excellent iced as well but be sure to steep longer for fuller flavor. If you love honeydew melon you will love this tea. It's delightful!
