The strainer works very well, much better than the maniTEA one I previously used, as it sits better in my large brimmed mug and is much easier to clean. I also wanted to note that I had amazing customer service. I had questions about shipping, and the Octavia Tea(m) responded quickly and thoroughly. As a bonus, I got to try a tea sample. Will definitely be purchasing tea as well next time!
